PLAY: Jane and Fadu Travel the World
This play was written for children to perform as part of the Petals of Peace Project.
Fadu: As soon as I began to learn speaking, I called for daddy. But, dad, where are you dad?
Fadu: Mom told me dad was killed in China for his beliefs in practicing Falun Dafa, which is a set of exercises and meditation to improve one’s health and well being, killed for believing in Truth, Compassion and Tolerance, which are the guiding principles of Falun Gong.
(Fadu listens to the story about her father)
Mom: Fadu, do you know there are a lot of little friends in China like you? Their father and mother are jailed because of practicing Falun Gong. Those little friends want their father and mother too. Will you help them?
Fadu: Yes, I want to help. But Fadu is so small, what can I do?
Mom: You and I can travel around the world to tell the truth of how Jiang Zemin killed your father in China, tell it to the people of the world. Let us ask them to help us to save more people in China , who are suffering , because they practice to be good people and follow the principles of Falun Dafa.
Will you come?
Fadu: Yes!
Fadu and her mother traveled to many countries.
Fadu: I follow my mother to many countries to tell the truth. Many people heard my mother’s story about our family. I also learned a lot of stories about my father, grandpa and my aunt.
Fadu: Father's name is Chen Chengyong. Because he spoke out for Falun Gong to the government, he was beaten to death. I was only nine months old at that time. My aunt went to see the body and so she was also arrested since she also practiced Falun Gong. She was sent to a forced labor camp.
Fadu listens to her mother telling the story about her grandfather.
Fadu: Grandpa was very sick, but he practiced Falun Gong and became healthy again. After grandpa heard that my father was killed and that my aunt was sent to a forced labor camp, he felt it was so unfair and he died because he was so sad.
The newspapers tell the story about my family . Israeli Marriv newspaper Gatra weekly of Jakarta Indonesia.
Fadu: Many newspapers in different countries told the story about my family. Mom said that my dad loved me so much, but he never heard his daughter call for him. I kept on calling him, dad, dad, but dad, can you hear me.
Fadu continues her father's mission to tell the truth.
Fadu: Mom told me to carry on my father's mission, practice Falun Dafa, do exercises, follow our Teacher’s words, and be a good little practitioner.
Fadu sends good thought to others, Fadu likes to sing. Fadu promotes Falun Dafa and tells the people of the world , how she lost her father for his beliefs.
Fadu: In two years, I followed my mother to 37 countries. My mother sold all of our furniture to travel around the world, asking for help to end the persecution. Fadu joins the parades of Falun Dafa and gives truth flyers to kind hearted people, but also holds a picture of her father at the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and raises "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" banner in a peaceful appeal.
Mom: Ayong [nickname for her husband Chengyong], you must be proud of Fadu's outstanding performance.
She is a genuine little practitioner. Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice.

In the past year, Fadu and her mother went to many countries to sue the Jiang Zemin and his followers. "Petal of peace" spread to the world

Fadu: Touched by the story about my mother and I, touring the world, In Australia practitioners of Falun Dafa started a project called "Petals of Peace" that helps more people to understand the injustice of Falun Dafa.
Fadu: Uncles, Aunts, grandpas, grandmas, please lend your hands to help. So that thousands of little friends in China, like Fadu will not lose their parents, please help to end this persecution. Thank you!
